Abstract This archive contains calibrated calibration data (CODMAC level 3) that refers to laboratory and AIT/AIV GROUND measurements of the lab bench of the CONSERT instrument. During this GROUND phase, CONSERT instrument has performed numerous technical and calibration tests. For archiving purposes, only calibration tests during which CONSERT orbiter flight model (FMO) and CONSERT lander spare model (FSL) is operated in synchronization (Ping-Pong mode) with another unit : Qualification Model Lander (QML) or Orbiter (QMO) and lab bench. The data archived in this dataset conform to the Planetary Data System (PDS) Standards, Version 3.6.
Description Data Set Overview = This data set contains the Level 3 CONSERT data referred to GROUND Mission Phase measurements performed by CONSERT Flight Model Orbiter (FMO) operating in ping-pong with the Qualification Model Lander (QML) and Flight Spare Lander (FSL) operating in ping-pong with the Qualification Model Orbiter (QMO). In all cases, the CONSERT lab bench acquired raw data. Data This dataset contains the CONSERT ground calibration signals, re-calibrated by application of the same calibration corrections as used for the science data. These calibration corrections have been obtained from the analyses of the CONSERT ground calibration Level 2 data. They referred to CODMAC Level 3. The different experiment configurations are described in the related document [RO-OCN-TR-3801, RO-OCN-TR-3802 and RO-OCN-TR-3805]. Processing Only CODMAC Level 3 data are present in this data set. Coordinate System = In calibration, there is no r^ant coordinate system in use.

The spacecraft carries a Rosetta Lander, named Philae, to the nucleus and deploys it onto its surface. A brief description of the mission and its objectives can be found in [GLASSMEIERETAL2007A]. A detailed description of the mission analysis can be found in the ROSETTA User Manual [RO-DSS-MA-1001], and the flight Operations Plan [RO-ESC-PL-5000]. On its long way to the comet nucleus after a Launch by Ariane 5 P1+ in March 2004, the ROSETTA spacecraft orbited the Sun fo...
