Abstract This dataset contains CALIBRATED DATA from the RPCICA instrument on mission ROSETTA during Cruise phase 2. Data of the solar wind was obtained.
Description Data Set Overview = The data from the ROSETTA PLASMA CONSORTIUM (RPC) Ion Composition Analyser (ICA) was submitted by Hans Nilsson for the RPCICA team. The data set contains data of mass resolved positively charged ions in the energy range a few eV to 40 keV, given in physical units (flux). The calibrated data is given for instrument mass channels, not physical mass ranges. Separation into physical mass ranges must be performed by the end user using calibration data. This dataset contains CALIBRATED DATA from the RPCICA instrument on mission ROSETTA during Cruise phase 2. Data of the solar wind was obtained.

The spacecraft carries a Rosetta Lander, named Philae, to the nucleus and deploys it onto its surface. A brief description of the mission and its objectives can be found in [GLASSMEIERETAL2007A]. A detailed description of the mission analysis can be found in the ROSETTA User Manual [RO-DSS-MA-1001], and the flight Operations Plan [RO-ESC-PL-5000]. On its long way to the comet nucleus after a Launch by Ariane 5 P1+ in March 2004, the ROSETTA spacecraft orbited the Sun ...
