Description in a special calibration program the dependence of the signal on the reset interval set-up was established. a correction for this systematic signal variation was established and implemented both in pia and olp v7.0. this program was designed to do an independent check whether the correction is working. a standard source is observed with different reset interval settings, and applying the correction the different settings should yield consistent signals.

Mission Description The Infrared Space Observatory (ISO) was the worlds first true orbiting infrared observatory. Equipped with four highly-sophisticated and versatile scientific instruments, it was launched by Ariane in November 1995 and provided astronomers world-wide with a facility of unprecedented sensitivity and capabilities for a detailed exploration of the Universe at infrared wavelengths.
