Abstract We request dedicated INTEGRAL observations of two INTEGRAL selected AGN: IGR J21247+5058 and LEDA170194. Both objects have been discovered in the IBIS survey (first and forthcoming versions). Among a set of 7 similar objects, these are the only with poor exposure. Aim of the present proposal is to provide a higher signal to noise ratio as well as broad band spectroscopy by means of all INTEGRAL instruments and/or hopefully in conjunction with an XMM observation for which time has been requested in the latest XMM AO. We also plan to combine all information obtained in the X-ray and gamma-ray domain with observations at other wavebands in order to construct the Spectral Energy Distribution of each source and so establish if they are atypical in some ways with respect to the local AGN X-ray population. In order to achieve our goals, we request 300 ks exposure on each source, possibly at two different epochs in order to probe source variability.

Mission Description The INTEGRAL (International Gamma-Ray Astrophysics Laboratory) mission, launched by the European Space Agency (ESA) on October 17, 2002, was designed to study high-energy phenomena in the universe. INTEGRAL was operating until february 2025 and it was equipped with three high-energy instruments: the Imager on Board the INTEGRAL Satellite (IBIS), the Spectrometer on INTEGRAL (SPI), and the JEM-X (Joint European Monitor for X-rays). Its Optical Monitoring Camera (OMC) provided optical V-band magnitude measurements, complementing the high-energy observations.
