Abstract These Cygnus off-axis observations are used to calibrate the JEM-X off-axis response. It is part of the tuning phase and is executed during the PV. Offsets are at 2,3,4,5,6 degree.Note that the pointing direction must be adjusted, if the obseravtion is not executed at the indicated time.Files listing the pointing direction vs. time can be found on astro:~rmuch/integral/ifc/offset_pointings with JEMX013b, ... , JEMX013f for the offsets 2,...,6 degree

Mission Description The INTEGRAL (International Gamma-Ray Astrophysics Laboratory) mission, launched by the European Space Agency (ESA) on October 17, 2002, was designed to study high-energy phenomena in the universe. INTEGRAL was operating until february 2025 and it was equipped with three high-energy instruments: the Imager on Board the INTEGRAL Satellite (IBIS), the Spectrometer on INTEGRAL (SPI), and the JEM-X (Joint European Monitor for X-rays). Its Optical Monitoring Camera (OMC) provided optical V-band magnitude measurements, complementing the high-energy observations.
